and felt her heart break
would you change your ignorance
And the judgments that u make?
If you caught an angel’s tears
and put your hand on her heart.
Would you take pride?
In its beating for you?
If you caught an angel’s tears.
Would you hold her fragile hand.
If you felt her spirit,
Would u understand?
If you caught an angel’s tears
and felt her power,
would you capture it?
Or let it fall away
If you caught an angel’s tears.
And forced her smile in to hiding.
Would you chase it with a frown?
Would your soul feel like dying?
If you caught an angel’s tears
and felt them on your cheek
would you also cry?
Or would you smile at her pain
If you caught an angel’s tears.
And she gave to you her wings.
Would you acknowledge her majesty?
Or deem yourself a king?
If you caught an angel’s tears,
and you caught a glimps of her halo
would you try and nurture it?
Or would you break its spirit?
If you caught an angel’s tears.
But missed her when she fell.
Would you pray to her God?
In the place where she knelt?
If you caught an angel’s tears
and watched the sparkle fade in her eyes.
Would you give her the kiss of life?
Or would you walk away?
And as you walk away.
And she cries out to you in fear.
Imagine what life would bee like
If you had caught an angel’s tears.
